![]() And then we also have enable sound effects and show Paste icon in the menu bar. So when you are looking at all of your clipboards, if it’s a link, you can actually see what page that was. When you copy something, it automatically goes into Paste. When you log into your Mac than it is always running in the background, you can also enable direct Paste. So the first thing you’ll want to do is make sure that it starts. So I click on it and now we have my preference window here. When I click on this, we have preferences. What we need to do is go down to these three little dots here. So we’re going to talk about how we set it up first to set it up. So we don’t always have to go to that menu bar. I’ll talk about that in a little bit, but also what you can do is use a keyboard shortcut command shift.Īnd it comes up. Well, one way of doing that is just by going up to the P here and then clicking on it and you can see, we have my clipboard. So how do we get at our clipboard? So now I’m going to double-click on this and now let’s go ahead and close this window. When we need to access the preferences and things like that. We also wanted to start when we log into our computer. So now when I install this, what it’s going to do is run in the background. So I just go up under, go here and then we go over to application. I could just click on open here, but what I want to do is close the app store, and now we’re just going to go into my applications folder. It’s a relatively small app, so it won’t take long. So I just click on the little download arrow here, and it’s going to install it in my applications folder. You’re going to see it over here on the right. It is not a free app, but I find it very useful. My doc here, I have the app store on my dock.Īnd then what we do is we search for Paste. The way that we get paced is through the app store. Let’s first look at how we install Paste and send it up on our Mac. Let’s take a look at one of my favorite apps Paste on the Mac. We can also synchronize our clipboard history, where there are the devices and even share our clipboards with other. We can save our clipboards into pin boards, which is almost like a folder. What we’re able to do is keep an unlimited clipboard history. We’re going to look at it on the Mac, but it is available on the iPad and the iPhone with Paste.
